START IONIC SHOWS ERROR

Good Afternoon guys, below follows images of the settings of my system Linux Mint and also follows picture of the error that is giving when I try to start Ionic , someone would say which error is this?

  • Clone this repositorio outside (/var/www/html), as there may be some conflict between them. Testing /home/{youUsuario}/Desktop/Ionic/{youUsuario}.

  • Hugo, it is not necessary to use Ionic within the Apache Repository /var/www/html/. Create a directory for example in your /home/{youUsuario/Desktop/Ionic/. Because within the /var/www/html/ it is asking for Root permissions to execute the command.

  • Good night, I’ve done this and I’ve made the same mistake.

Create a new project this way to understand what is happening ?

cd ~
ionic start meuApp tabs

After installation run

ionic serve -l
