There is a control panel in which triggers events when the mouse enters and leaves your region. However, there are also other controls and these are on the panel itself, not triggering the event.
How can I keep triggering events even with other controls on top? Is there any way?

What kind of control is the panel? And the items are panel subitems or other controls?

The items are subitens of the panel. When the mouse passes the panel, it will trigger the events normally, however, when it passes over the subitens, it does not trigger the events until it leaves the panel.
