My site it’s all done need to put a loading when one clicks on each tab or even to enter the site
I just couldn’t find a tutorial on how to do it because it works both for mobile and computer..

It has to be responsivel, for example I want it to open a white screen with gif loading message and after a time of 3500 would be the timer right it appeared the page after this time
