I have a project that consists of performing non-linear regressions to various data sets from different sources. After performing all these operations, I usually save the results in files. txt, so you don’t have to keep coming back to the same Workspace all the time.

The problem is that I am with several different files, and browse inside the folders this becoming more and more confusing. So I ask:

Someone has better organization suggestion than I currently use?

This article can help: https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1000424. But your question is very broad. Do you need to organize only the results or also the data? What results information do you need? Is this information for you or will it be shared? Will the information be used in R or read in other programs? The best form of organization is a personal matter and depends on the situation.
