Design requirements for publishing apps in the Appstore

I am developing an Ionic application, I have checked the layout/design documentation for Appstore applications, but I would like to know if there is any design requirement that I should be concerned about. Example: My application may be refused if I use the header title aligned to the right?
If this question is outside the scope of the site, let me know that I delete, please I could not find a subject that details exactly the design requirements of Appstore.

The app in the Appstore is usually turned down for malfunctioning, for example a button that is half of it off the screen, or the screen rotates and the visual components are all bent. But in the matter of text alignment it is not enough to fail because of this no, otherwise it would limit the work of designers.
