In the menu go to Help > Install new software. In Work with select --All Availables Sites-- . A list of options, click the General Purpose Tools option arrow and select the Marketplace Client and then click Next. The Marketplace will be installed and the eclipse restarted. Go to Help > Eclipse Marketplace... and search for SVN. Choose a svn and click Install. I recommend Subvirse - SVN Team Provider is what I use at work.

Go to the menu Help > Eclipse Market Place. Search for a plugin called Subclipse. Install it. Here just use.
