The archive server.xml Tomcat contains an attribute called source. Tomcat doesn’t understand what that attribute is and because of that launches this Warning (warning). This is not an error, it’s just a boring message that Tomcat poses because of this little problem.

The attribute source is typically automatically added by Eclipse so that it knows how to run the web project on Tomcat.

One way that might make this message disappear would be to go to eclipse configuration, server options and check the option "Publish module Contents to Separate XML files".

Anyway, that’s just the Eclipse being the Eclipse!
