Oops, I’m creating a website, and I want to stop anyone from copying any word out of it. Alias I want to allow the selection and copy, but along with the copied text, when the person paste, I came another preset text defined by me with a link.
Ex.: "This copy is improper, see the original in: www.original.com."
I don’t have any code yet, so if you can help me I’d appreciate it.
try to treat the event "oncopy" but this will never prevent the user from viewing the source code and copying

How so the opposite @Leandrade? The answer on the link shows how to copy anything to the Clipboard, that’s not what the question needs in the background?

@bfavaretto In my view no. One wants to copy to clipboard and this wants to prevent the copy and perform another action in place.
