I cannot reproduce the error. With me everything is fine, run smoothly.
– Rui Barradas
Well, I played on 2 computers and got the same error. I’ll try a third
– Rafael Gouvêa de Souza
Just like Rui, I started this exact code and I couldn’t reproduce the error. Do the following: execute the command
sessionInfo()
and edit the question with the output received. Maybe this gives us a light to find the solution to your problem.– Marcus Nunes
I edited with sessionInfo output()
– Rafael Gouvêa de Souza
Maybe there’s a file. Rdata screwing things up. See if there’s a file called . Rdata (this is the full name of the file, not just the extension) and if there is, remove it and then restart R or Rstudio.
– Rui Barradas
Response from the creator of the 'rbcb' package: "Hi Rafael I’m watching this. In my environment requests work, but other users have reported problems. And it looks like it’s not just proxy configuration. Next week should come out a new release with corrections."
