After filling in the data when I click to generate the pedf I get this error message as shown in the image:
If you do the same process on another company pc works, on this computer gives this error, so it is problem on the computer and not in the program.

I’ve had this problem, basically Interop uses the feature installed on the computer that is running, and probably this error pc does not have word installed, which is necessary for the type of action you are trying to perform.

i have word 2013 will I have to try installing another word? But other computers that are working also have Word 2013 and are working properly

If you already have the office package installed on the machine and running the problem is another, but specific to this machine. I’ll try to take a look and see if I can find anything else that might be causing this problem.
