Hello good morning guys I have a wordpress website, and what I want to do today is add a button/ text before sending an existing table, so that if the user click the button/ text appears another table that will appear a questionnaire with about 10 text fields, for filling out.
I use the contact form. Thank you in advance.
In the case of clicking on those words the second questionnaire appears.

Young u have a table that the guy will fill there when he click submit will appear another table to fill 10 more fields?? What’s the point of this?

It would be an optional fill table because it would speed up the thinking of my sales team today.

And it wouldn’t be when they click send, it would be a text warning the customer that has one more table per optional fill, but that would speed up the customer!
