I’m developing a small app using Xamarin Forms Cross Platform (Android and iOS). I need to control the background color and the icon of the images, as shown in the example below.
I tried some plugins for Xamarin Forms without success, because I can only change the background color of the image.
Does anyone have any tips?

Apparently this seems to fit the filter effect. In the case of the example, it would apply a semi transparent blue on the image. I think you can do something in this sense in the form, but the ideal would be to use specific platform features.
