Why is fullcalendar not loading css?

Good afternoon

I’m having a little trouble implementing fullcalendar.. it appears all right, but the CSS does not load (I think)

Am I making any wrong imports? Or is something missing?

    Check CTRL+U to see if the fullcalendar css file is being loaded and put it as the last one in the css call, so it doesn’t risk being overwritten. You have an example of its use at https://fullcalendar.io/.

It worked, I did what Roberto Giffone recommended. They were file localization problems!
