I’m having some problem with the google plugin on eclipse Luna. I downloaded all the content by the eclipse sowtware internal installer. I put the url Google Update Site for Eclipse 4.4 - https://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.4 and downloaded all the content. It turns out that when I click on New Web application Project in the plugin, nothing happens. Even when I try to create a Dynamic web project, this option does not appear to me. Can anyone tell me if something is missing? Thanks

It seems that the plugin WTP (Web Tools Platform) in your Eclipse. If you downloaded the simplest and "raw" version that is available on the site, you will not have it at all.
Download the Eclipse for Javaee Developers, because this version comes with a full set of plugins for development.
Another option would be to install directly from the Update Site, but in general does not pay, because the download and installation time will be much longer.
