Ancora does not call the reference section

Question

I have a page from the site that is responsible for presenting the products of the site. Think like this, you go to the page and have the category buttons, each time a category button is "active" activated, the products of that "section" appear just below.

I already had a problem a few days ago to figure out how to change H1’s name every time a category is called. But it’s past.

Now I want the page to start in the section that has the id "clsprod"

But look, there are categories that have not yet been inserted products, IE, when its button is clicked does not appear any product, but this is detail, no problem!

The problem is that that link up there should call the "clsprod" section and start the view from there, but it not only does not call the anchor, but also does not show all products ("All products" button should be default when loading the page)

This only happens after I scroll down to the "clsprod" section and click on any button-category, then it calls the anchor and calls the product view.

It’s inelegant and I don’t know what else I invent to solve it.

Is there anything you know to help me solve this problem? If you need details I’ll pass, and I saw no reason to put the code because it’s something very simple to understand.
