Hi, I’m looking to install wampserver, but this error always appears. Does anyone know? Can you help me?

In this case, it is because you are installing a Wamp extension, in the case of Mariadb, (you can check the title of the open form). https://stackoverflow.com/questions/40580223/error-when-installing-wampserver, the same error, but the user was installing the PHP extension. Download from this site: http://www.wampserver.com/en/, at the bottom of the page, has the download button.
