I’m using WAMP to run a local server and sometimes I want to show my projects to some friends, I’ve already set up port 80 on the router with my IPV4 and everything. When I do the port tests on some site says that the door is open but blocked, and when I disable the Firewall works normal, but I will not leave the Firewall disabled.

Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Firewall; Create input rules for port 80.

Open a port in Windows Firewall

In that case it would be necessary to open a port in the windows firewall:

  1. Swipe from the right edge of the screen, tap Search (or, if using a mouse, point to the upper right corner of the screen, move mouse pointer down and click Search), type firewall in search box and tap or click Firewall windows.
  2. Tap or click on Advanced settings. You may receive a request to provide an administrator password or to confirm your choosing.
  3. In the Windows com Firewall dialog box Advanced security , in the left panel, tap or click Rules of Entry and, on the panel right, tap or click New Rule.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions.

The rule in this case would be the release of door 80, if you have kept the apache standard.
