Fastreport 5.6.2 - Why didn’t you generate . bpl files

Question

I performed the Procedures to install the Fastreport in the Delphi 10.2 I compile the sources of Fastreport but the files .bpl does not appear in the Folder. What must be done?

I followed those steps:

1. In the folder of Fastreport Exult the recompile.exe in Administrator mode.
2. Add the Libd25 folder to : Tools - Options - Environment Options - Delphi Options - Library - Library path.
3. Install the Components in: Component - Install Packages...
4. In Install Packages Add and select all . bpl and Open files.

and here in item 4 is that I stop because you don’t have the files... What should I do?
