Criteria to unpack list in excel

I have a list that comes with data from other spreadsheets. Do a MAJOR to get back the 1st largest, and then the 2nd and so on. Then I do a PROCV to get the name referring to this value. Until then OK.

The problem and the doubt: How to unpack because if for example you have 2 18 values with different names, it only takes the name of the largest.

Is there any way to fix this? Another thing: inside this file there are several spreadsheets (ano1, ano2, ano3) you can put this name of the spreadsheet (which is below) in a cell, using as reference some information of the same?

I know there are two questions, but the main one is the tiebreaker, if possible. I use Excel 2016. I thank those who can help.

  • Hello Ricardo, it would be interesting to put an example to better show the problem. As it is not a program can be an image, or even a table

  • [Edit] your question and put your formula procv, and an example of their lists

  • Welcome(a). Please do the [tour], then read How we should format questions and answers? and create a [mcve] for the question. Because the question is too wide and when you are more specific, there are more chances of your question being answered correctly.
