I’m researching about Firebase Cloud Messaging in order to use it as a messenger on a platform where there will be web systems (Java, Spring) at one end and in the other App s (Ionic) - both communicate with a Restfull API (Spring Boot).
However I did not find demo content to do the web system (backend) sign up as messenger client. Is it possible to use FCM in this template? If so, please share some content or tip.
Thank you for the comment. I can glimpse the dynamics of FCM, but I’m not seeing a way for the back end to behave as a customer (receive messages). That is my need.
