Colleagues come through this post bring another doubt to the community, I’m performing a configuration in a central Asterisk that previously had 4 chips from 4 different operators. Now this plant has only 2 chips from a certain operator, before making the connection the user typed the number he would like to call and a query was made in a system of operators query this system identified the number and directed to which chip would be better.
However now there is no more need to use this service, I deactivated this service by Elastix web and observed that if you call only the mobile number is presented a message stating that there was a failure to query the operator, however by connecting with 021 + DDD + Number the connection is normally made.
I’d like to know how I define that all calls should go out the way I need to.
Hello! How are you managing Asterisk? Directly by configuration files or using the web interface? What version are you using (from Elastix, for example)?
