As you can see the reason for the suspension was the famous moaning, only that there are numerous cases that the same appears in the Playstore in content form or even in app names.
Because mine has been chosen?

It was probably a complaint from a user, since it has an icon of Netflix up there at last.

My application may contain bad words (Writing)?

My app may contain bad words (Audio)?

I’m aware it was sexually explicit content.

At the beginning of the app there were not so many bad words and not even the twinning, so in the rating of the app I answered the questionnaire more lightly, so if I re-upload the app and put it as adult as possible these things can pass the Googlplay screen?

Because mine has been chosen? Probably someone tipped off. My app may contain bad words? To The developer’s policy center does not cite whether it can or not. You can contact Google support to check the possibility of reactivating the app.

  • Thanks for the @Valdeir reply. I’ll expect more answers before I take action.

According to Google Developer Policy Center

Sexually explicit content Apps that have or promote explicit sexual content, such as pornography, are not allowed. In general, content or services are not allowed for the purpose of sexual satisfaction.

See some examples of common violations:

  • Depictions of sexual acts or sexually suggestive poses.
  • Promotional images of sex toys.
  • Content which it depicts, describe or encourage bestiality.
  • Apps that promote accompanying persons or other services which may be interpreted as provision of sexual acts in exchange for compensation.

The sound of the moan can enter this category so you should remove this type of content or in dialogue with Google Support reach a consensus that allows this type of content.

You can also ask for help to solve the problem.
