PWA Installation Banner Configurations

I have a PWA that was developed using Vuejs and would like to know if it is possible to display the installation banner more than once, because currently it only questions once if the user wants to install PWA.

I wonder if it is possible to make the banner appear more than once, for example: the user accessed the site using his smartphone when using mobile data and was asked about the installation of PWA, but he clicked on X to close the banner, but when he gets home he wants to install because at that moment he offers wi-fi, but when accessing this time the banner does not appear.

If it is possible to make the banner appear again, how to do this??

Note: I have researched the documentations and nothing talks about it, but also does not talk about appearing only once...

    I’ve already found the solution to what I needed. The banner is only shown once, if the user does not install the app the banner will only be shown again when(and if) the user clears the browser cache, is available in this link. But when it comes to popup notification permission it is possible to allow, deny or make it request permission again by changing the site settings...
