I get an error message when entering the Amazon RDS database:
The access data is correct and the seat is spinning. Is there any procedure to be done to access the RSD database in Heidsql ??

I will translate here:
1 - Go to EC2 Dashboard
2 - Click on Security Groups tab
3 - Select only the RDS database security group. You will see the security group details at the bottom
4 - Click Inbound tab
5 - Edit button click
6 - Add Type:MYSQL/Aurora;Protocol:TCP;Range:3306;Source:0.0.0.0/0
