Just for the record. To "reindexate" the data in Magento 2 and remove this message from the Backend, service routines must be set via "cron" or manually executed via CLI. Unfortunately in WAMP/XAMP/etc that run in Window it will be very difficult to perform this process or run via "bin/Magento" command, in addition to the fact that Magento 2 is not officially compatible with Windows operating system.
