Loading page elements, including text and not only images as in lazyload

It may sound like a stupid question, but how do I load this type? Does it have a specific name? Load the texts together.

  • The answers to this link are not exactly what I needed, the lazyload identified in the link is very specific to images. @Uís-Almeida posted below, exactly about my doubt.
