Why does the webview front in Objective-C behave differently than the Safari browser in ipad?

Is there any way to make both compatible in the view.

IOS version: 9.3.5
iPad 3: model A1416

  • Can you describe better what exactly are the differences you refer to? And make them compatible with what?

  • There are several differences, this is exactly what I would like to understand, because in my view, the two versions are completely different, an example of this is iframe, which does not work properly in webview, touch totally changes behavior, the screen becomes elastic and moves when dragging the touch for example...
