The horizontal navigation below the photo carousel has a Ease smooth in interaction, and does not use anchors.
It’s just a conventional scroll with Smooth and I think there’s a Blur motion also.
Does anyone know how to arrive at this result? I’ve seen that guy niceScroll, but he seemed stuck, not soft enough. Not like this example.

Very cool the effect, I did not know yet this type of slider. I did a search and found something that can be useful:
Who knows using the plugin base mentioned above you can implement something similar using another plugin to ease the horizontal scroll or even css3, dai will depend on your need in relation to browser support.
