I can’t install Zeos on Delphi 7

I downloaded the latest version of Zeos, compile all the files, but at the time of installing it tells that the C: Program Files (x86) Borland Delphi7 Project Bpl Zcomponentdesign70.bpl file does not exist, but it is there. I have tried it in several ways I have found but in all of this it happens. I have already changed the Library and it did not help. One of the links speaks of the Dlls I need to access Mysql, which has a lib folder in the RAR file, but none that I found has this folder, can this be it? Thank you

Go to the menu:

Tools > Enviroment Options > Library > Library path

Click on the ... (3 points)

Will open the Directories screen

Click on ... (3 points)

Add the location where the file is.
