ASP.NET RAZOR - Project WEBSITE running on IIS (Approval or Production) does not include TAG HEAD

I have a problem in my WEB project , which when running by an IIS from a server, the tag html HEAD does not appear closed and when executed locally it appears correctly. Detail, when inspecting element in browser the same appears, but when pressing ctrl+U We can’t find the same one. Minification and even compression configurations have been checked, but I cannot identify the same.

There must be some problem in configuring your IIS, can you run or publish in IIS the default example of a new project? Try pasting your IIS configuration into the control panel to enable and disable windows features to compare if you have the same settings.
