Find Relationship between Oracle Tables

Question

I wonder if it is possible to find the tables and fields involved in an oracle relationship, a query that would return a table like:

Table_name, Column Name, Table_references

Funcio,id_Cargo,Cargos

where the Employees table has a field called Id_cargo and I would like to know which table this field comes from? thus finding the relationship complete
