How to put the 3 buttons at the bottom of the screen?

Question

I want to put 2 buttons at the bottom and 1 button on the 2 buttons.

Something like that: (but with the image upside down)

These 2 buttons below and a button above 2 and all these 3 buttons should be at the bottom of the screen and a centralized textview.

Has a ToggleButton which is at the top, I want it to go to the bottom along with the 2 buttons.
