Problems installing vscode extensions

I installed Vscode and when trying to install an extension any status of it does not leave "Stalling" (No error or log is generated).

I’ve already tried accessing it as an administrator. I have already changed the security of the vscode directory for my user. I can’t do anything with the extensions.

Someone’s had this problem before?

Thanks to the links, I was able to solve the problem of Vscode, I was able to identify the problem by the "Toggle Shared Process", it with problem in the environment variable %TEMP% I removed some paths that were no longer used, uninstalled the vscode and reinstalled. He accused the absence of directories in Appdata, I created them manually and worked downloading the extensions.
