Can anyone tell me how the process of generating an iOS app works?

Assuming you have the code ready just have to generate the app, I need to have an iMac?

First: React-Turn on is "Learn Once, write Anywhere." I mean, "Learn once, write anywhere." APP code for Android usually needs modifications for iOS.

Now, as for the question, yes you need to generate . ipa in the Xcode, for this you need a Mac, and the file is generated in the Xcode itself.
