Whenever I am trying to install visual studio 2015 on my notebook, the following error appears :
someone would know how to solve ??

After researching a little I checked that the installer may have made a mistake when installing x86 and x64 libraries. There are some ways to solve the problem, I will quote two:
first option
1. After the installation error, close the installer.
2. Enter the control panel and then the installed programs.
3. Notice all the Microsoft Visual Redistributable, both the version x86 as to x64.
The image above represents the ones I have installed. You may not have the same amount or have other names. Notice all who have Microsoft Visual Redistributable in name. Yes, this may take a while to complete.
4. Run the Visual Studio installer.
second option
1. Completely uninstall Visual Studio 2015 from your computer.
2. Uninstall all the Microsoft Visual Redistributable, both the version x86 as to x64.
3. Restart the computer.
4. Manually delete the dlls which may have remained on the computer of both system32 and Syswow64 folders (the names of dlls end with *140.dll - be careful and make a backup before!)
5. Download the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3" from this link - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=53840 - both versions x86 and x64.
6. Install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3" - both versions x64 and x86.
7. Restart the computer.
8. Run the Visual Studio 2015 installer.

yes, it needs to be the 2015 ... I need to solve this error, change the ide version is not under consideration
