Java how to create a custom command line

Hello folks wanted to know if you have how to customize the command line... basically create a custom line on the console

I have a code that creates a terminal capable of supporting colors (Windows and Unix) via "Ansi", and wanted to add ">" markup before a command (remember Minecraft’s Spigot console)

Example:

The part of the [Schedule level]: Stringinforamtiva is sent to the console via the System.out.println();
