My site is organized to adapt to different screen sizes via CSS @media’s, but the minimum lag is 320px (width). I imagine there are devices with smaller widths, but in a negligible amount... does it proceed? or recommend to style a smaller width?

Lower resolution to smartphone is QVGA (240x320)
below that only the smartwatch
