Webservice SPC Brasil: The systems cannot find the specified file - Soapaction:""

Question

I am consuming the Webservice of SPC Brazil and imported the WSDL from the following address: https://treina.spc.org.br/spc/remoting/ws/consulta/consultaWebService?wsdl

After importing the WSDL and implementing the query the following error occurs:

The system cannot find the specified file. - URL:https://treina.spc.org.br:443/spc/remoting/Ws/consulta/consultaWebService - Soapaction:""

In WSDL the Soapaction property is empty even.

If anyone knows what might be going on, I’m grateful.

I was able to solve the problem, which in this case was just windows configuration. I opened Internet Explorer, in settings >> Internet Options >> Advanced and changed/checked the options "Use SSL" and "USA TLS".

After that, the service started to work and I was able to finish the work.
