System.Speech in Portuguese-Brazil

Question

I wonder if through the System.Speech can use in Portuguese - Brazilian.

My operating system is in the English language. I already downloaded all the necessary packages, and if I put in the English language(en-US), my program works perfectly! I can ask questions and get answers by the script I developed. However, if I change to Portuguese(en-BR), I get the error "No recognizer of the required identification found. Parameter name: Culture"

static CultureInfo ci = new CultureInfo("pt-BR");

Currently I define the language by this line. So back to the main question: it is possible to use the Portuguese language in System.Speech?
