I’d like to ask you what the effect is called Pinterest content that some items are but on top, other items are lower, nothing with a horizontal line defined? Can be seen below:

For search and search purposes, it is only a "Pinterest like" multicolumn layout. Calling it "grid layout", as the Mansory developers do in the plugin presentation, creates confusion with a very well defined and known style technique, and that has nothing to do with the "effect" of Pinterest.

Mosaic? I don’t know if this has a name, but it was popularized by Masonry, which has emerged as jQuery plugin and today no longer depends on this library. Masonry’s website calls this Cascading grid layout.
