It seems some problem with Gradle. Try to open the project in android studio to see if you find any build error.

Agree with our friend @Raphaelstefani, if it doesn’t work try to remove the plugin from the Android platform: Ionic Cordova Platform rm android and reinstall in the latest version: Ionic Cordova Platform add android .
