Request for time-to-time API

I am in need of making requests for a time API in time for example, every 10 seconds, I have no knowledge of any way to do this, it would be similar to SetInterval of javascript but in C#, the other information already have API method link and information only I do not know a function to do this or way to order from time to time, Thank you!
