Question: Example of uploading/PHP files

I would like to know if there are any examples on the internet, that when logging in/out of an admin account, you can send files to a particular account to download the file. For example: a pdf file

What can I be seeing to try to do something similar to this?

  • Sorry to keep you waiting, but.. i have a login system with my Session and everything else and my bd, where I need to at least create a field where I have the "registered users" and these users select one to send the file and show this file in their account to download.
