I have an ip that was barred in a Blacklist. The message that appears in Zabbix is as follows: "xxx.xx.xx.xxx Listed in dnsbl.othello.ch". Where xxx.xx.xx.xxx would be the ip.
Do you know how I can remove this IP from this spam list?

The target host is using mod_dnsbl, and left active in the example setting, in this case, with the name Othello.ch (hostname). Just ask the administrator of that host to remove your ip from the black list.
