ng is used to load when it reaches 70% on Ubuntu

Question

I am trying to run my angular application 2, but while executing the command ng serves it carries only up to 70%.

Take this message back:

"70% building modules 748/748 modules 0 active"

I’ve already done the npm uninstall angular/cli, re-installed and continue with the same problem.
