Error creating Maven project in Eclipse

The error happens as soon as I create the Maven project, I use the Eclipse Oxygen. Erro que acontece ao criar o projeto Maven

My suggestion is to remove the dependency that is generating the conflict from your local repository

.m2/Repository/org/apache/Maven/plugins/Maven-Resources-plugin

Then build the project to see if the problem is solved.
