How do I open a Github project in netbeans?

I have a group job to do, a project has been created on Github for us to download and work on, but I can’t open the project in Netbeans to change and do comits.

NOTE: I don’t want to create a project and send it to github but download a project from there and open in netbeans or clone.

someone can help?
