No "Typescript task runner" - vsCode

Below is the screen I need to find in vsCode (I need the Tasks: Configure Task Runner): tela do manual que estou vendo

But when I search for "tasks" in the command palette (Ctrl + shift + 9), this option does not appear:

This happens because you must be using as reference some video lesson that used the version of Vscode less than 1.13 [1]. In the latest versions you will find only the option Tasks: Configure Default Build Task. [2]
