I cannot import a project into Netbeans

I cannot import a zip project into Netbeans. What is happening and when I go to >File>Import Zip project is I select the File and click on import it happens this

Or at the time of importing it does not recognize the file as zip, being that it is in zip format.

    Probably because the zip is not compatible with the netbeans project format, or is not a project created for netbeans.

  • Unzip the project first and then matter.

  • What’s in that zip?

  • Simply the project folders

Well after long looking for a solution I found a way to import the project, first unzipped the project in the netbeansProjects folder, and went to open project option, and selected the folder is the project was "Successfully imported!"

Well thanks to everyone who tried to help me so far.
