I started to develop a chatbot using the watson, found surprising and simple to deploy. However I was left with some doubts of how to do and if it is possible (I saw in some chatbot).
An example is, using the conversation I can define #intenções, @entidades and dialogos. However, how would the process of giving options work? An example, I asked a question "What is the best beer?" and he would answer me something like, "There are a lot of beers, but a list of five for you," and so you list them. and that I could click and follow with the dialogue and etc. I’ve seen this in some chatbot, but I didn’t see how to do this kind of thing with Watson.
Another thing is, is it possible to interact with a Back-End? Ex: "Overdue accounts", and my back would consult in the bank and return the overdue accounts.
I was very confused by this topic. And, finally, Watson is the best option to develop a chatbot?
